We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sunderland Care and Support Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Support adults to maintain or improve their wellbeing and independence
- Provide and promote person-centred care and support to meet complex social and health needs
- Support a team to deliver excellent customer care and achieve maximum independence through physical, emotional, and psychological support
- Follow therapy plans and use innovative technology to support customers
- Induction and training to support your personal development
- 32 hours per week
- Starting salary of £23,151 - £23,893 (pro rata if working less than 37 hours per week)
- Designated rota pattern including daytime, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
