About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and competent Administrative Coordinator for our Administration Department. This is a Part-Time position which will be on-site 3 days a week. Our ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience performing a multitude of clerical duties in a professional environment. The primary aspect of the role is to facilitate daily administrative proceedings and be the initial point of contact for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding calls/messages to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages/deliveries.
  • Greeting and accommodating visitors, accompanying them to specific members of staff as required.
  • Maintaining the upkeep and impression of the front reception and adjoining meeting rooms.
  • Performing administrative responsibilities for multiple departments, including booking travel, ordering lunches, buying/ordering stationery.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar administrative role.
  • Proven abilities in Microsoft Applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented.
