Arius Recruit is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive growth and success for its clients.

About the Role:

This role involves providing continuous support and training to existing accounts, ensuring clients are nurtured at all times. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to become the voice of the customer and guarantee a smooth and profitable process.

  • Becoming a trusted advisor to help mould and identify ways in which clients can get the best out of the software.
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a B2B SaaS/tech environment.
  • Track record of retaining high-value clients, successfully taking them through the renewal process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Base salary: £45,000 + great benefits.
