We're looking for an Affiliates and Partnerships Manager to support our Head of Acquisition in identifying, masterminding, and launching mutually beneficial partnerships with other businesses to scale our advertising spend effectively and attract new members.

The Job

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing brand-to-brand, network, and affiliate partners to ensure repeat business and drive growth, keeping a keen eye on quality as well as quantity. You'll also identify new opportunities and ways of working with new and existing partners to continually diversify our acquisition efforts and improve payback and LTV.

We're seeking someone naturally adept at building relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving top-line acquisition performance across multiple channels. You'll own the execution and launch of deals, from contract negotiation, marketing strategy, scheduling, and reporting.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience managing a portfolio of partners to drive growth and repeat business.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks like AWIN or Rakuten.
  • Strong networking skills with brand partners.
  • Experience in digital and offline performance channels, such as inserts and direct mail.
