Product and Partnership Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product and Partnership Growth Specialist to join our team at Fonoa.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building strong partnerships.
As a Product and Partnership Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have access to the tools and integrations they need to manage tax compliance effortlessly.
You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Solutioning teams to assess the feasibility of integrations and ensure they meet our high standards for quality and user experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful partnerships, particularly those involving software integrations.
A strong understanding of the SaaS and tax compliance markets is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with Fonoa's product strategy and customer needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility of integrations and ensure they meet our high standards for quality and user experience
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our partnerships, making recommendations for improvement or further investment where necessary
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or a related role within the technology sector is required.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience
