We're looking for a skilled Tea Barista to join our team at Bubble CiTea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of quality in our products.

About the Role:
  • Job type: Part-time
  • Location: Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Salary: Estimated £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with our team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learns to make delicious bubble tea to standard recipes
  • Creates memorable experiences for customers
  • Maintains a tidy & clean work environment
  • Builds good teamwork with colleagues
  • Manages and creates content for TikTok
  • Completes reasonable tasks assigned by the company
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
  • Must have an energetic personality with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Must maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Must be willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team
