About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and categorize email and webform enquiries to ensure efficient management by the correct enquiry team.
  • Manage returned post and bounced emails, identifying and updating user details to maintain strong engagement.
  • Respond to and manage basic enquiries to alleviate peak periods' impact on the wider team.
  • Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals regarding information detailed in their enquiry or to confirm account accuracy.
  • Support the team with summary notes and record administration, ensuring user records are up-to-date.
  • Assist advisory teams with administrative tasks, student/member record processing, data cleansing, and producing verification letters.
  • Protect user data in line with organizational policies and escalate subject access requests within 24 hours.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to respond to enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks in line with business needs.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Teams).
