- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and drive commercial integration
- Provide critical leadership to define and drive strategy, with ownership for driving profitable volume growth
Requirements
- Progressive responsibility for sales and operational management in a multi-faceted business
- Demonstrable track record of success in the region
- Knowledge of commercializing a product and designing go-to-market strategies
- Technically proficient in the Security Product industry
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across business areas to gain trust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
