Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans across all disciplines, leveraging your expertise in healthcare advertising and MedComms.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive creative excellence and commercial growth, fostering a collaborative environment that inspires innovation.
  • Represent the agency on global platforms, building relationships with clients and internal networks to drive business growth.
  • Develop and facilitate strategic workshops, leveraging your expertise in research and data analysis to inform business decisions.

You'll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare advertising or MedComms, with a track record of driving creative excellence and commercial growth.
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to navigate complex agency relationships and represent the agency at a global level.
  • Comfortable with interpreting scientific information and raw data, with the ability to make complex subjects understandable.
