Role overview


You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead strategic direction and provide accurate planning support from creative brief through to tactical planning. Building strong relationships with our clients is fundamental to how we work – as a true partner – we are looking for someone who can build trust and credibility to further enhance this approach.


You’ll work across three core areas: rare diseases, global branding communications, and PR, driving strategy on global brands. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, we aim to unite disciplines and elevate our reputation within the Havas Health network. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our strategy team and play a pivotal role in establishing the agency as a creative leader and we are looking for key talent to help us on this journey of creative excellence and growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Intimately understand client products, therapy areas, commercial strategy and lead strategic direction across all disciplines
  • Research and gather data to develop well-informed insights that form the basis of a plan to achieve identified goals
  • Develop content and facilitate strategic workshops in partnership with client service and creative teams
  • Liaise with externally commissioned market research vendors on methodology and stimuli that fulfil identified strategy (e.g. positioning, messaging, creative, story flow)
  • Represent the agency on global platforms, influencing internal networks and growing client relationships.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, contributing to the agency’s creative culture and reputation.


You will bring


  • Previous strategy experience from healthcare advertising/ MedComms agency working with global brands
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviour
  • Strong networking skills, being a charismatic leader with the ability to navigate a network agency relationships and represent the agency at a global level.
  • Capability of driving both creative excellence and commercial growth.
  • Comfortable with an interpretation of scientific information and raw data
  • Ability to make complex subjects understandable
