Service Platform Logistics Operation Associate

Reporting to: Head of Supply Chain

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Platform Logistics Operation Associate to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of warehousing/fulfillment and transportation operational execution.

Responsibilities

Operational Coordination:

  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
  • Ensure all logistics activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, order accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on logistics performance to clients and senior management.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

  • Identify potential issues in the supply chain and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve logistics processes.
