Job Purpose:

In this role, you will oversee the de-briefing process for day shift drivers, ensuring all paperwork is complete, issued items are returned, and data is accurately entered into relevant spreadsheets. You will also be the primary point of contact for night shift drivers, verifying they have necessary paperwork and items to commence their shift. Effective communication with drivers is crucial, requiring specific questions to be asked and tasks to be completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize knowledge of the logistics industry to provide administrative support in a transport operation environment.
  • Apply previous administrative and transport experience to ensure seamless de-briefing processes.
  • Develop proficiency in using TMS systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Adapt to changing demands and customer requirements to meet Miniclipper's needs.
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service skills to ensure driver satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience working in a transport operation and knowledge of the logistics industry.
  • Previous administrative and transport experience preferred.
  • Experience with TMS systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
