Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an efficient and well-organised administration assistant to provide administrative support across the school.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including diary management and preparation of reports.
  • Manage the upkeep of records, including databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including reception duties and responding to queries.
  • Liaise with external agencies, including suppliers and service providers.
  • Collate data and prepare presentations for meetings and reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
