Administrative Support Specialist Job Description

This Administrative Support Specialist role involves overseeing the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work independently while handling initial business inquiries, managing third-party relationships, and taking full responsibility for the company's social media presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the small office and procedures to ensure effective internal and external communication
  • Create and manage an electronic filing system
  • Provide administrative support through the creation of efficient Excel spreadsheets and organizational tasks

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
