Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team at Nashrock Insurance Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our office operations, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and previous experience in a similar role. They will be confident in their ability to think strategically, grow with the business, and create effective policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office and procedures to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Confident in thinking strategically, while growing with the business
  • Creating and working to policies and procedures set out
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
