Job Title: Business Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to provide exceptional support to our Founder. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment and contribute to the growth of our international business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global travel arrangements, including visas, accommodation, and transport links
  • Provide personal administration support for our Founder, including errands and payments
  • Offer project management support to our key team members

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background supporting senior executives, with experience in managing complex administrative tasks. A preference for UHNW led or Family Office roles is ideal.
