About the Job

As a Support Worker - Community Outreach in Castle Douglas, you will work closely with service users, their families, and local communities to provide high-quality support and promote independence.

Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored support plans
  • Maintaining regular contact with service users and their families to monitor progress and address concerns
  • Collaborating with community organisations and services to ensure seamless delivery of support

A current driving licence is required, although consideration will be given if alternative transport arrangements can be made.
