Learning Disability Support Professional

About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Trinity House, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide enhanced care and support, using a flexible learning approach that prioritizes the needs of those in our care.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that duties are allocated effectively and safely, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

To succeed in this role, you must be genuinely driven, an excellent communicator, sensitive and intuitive, and passionate about empowering and supporting service user independence.

Salary: £12.15 per hour
