We're seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a critical role in shaping our business's future by combining financial expertise with strategic influence.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operational and functional leaders to provide financial insights and guidance that drive strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Analyse financial results, forecasts, and key performance indicators, delivering clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and providing clarity on financial expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise costs, enhance profitability, and maximise efficiencies across the business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage data and analytics, translating complex financial metrics into actionable insights.
  • Serve as a financial thought leader, challenging assumptions, influencing key decisions, and promoting a culture of accountability and financial discipline.
What You Need To Succeed
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, or a similar role.
  • ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
