We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key player in driving sales growth, you will focus on developing strong relationships with customers in the hospitality and housing sectors.

Your primary objective will be to sell predominantly to these sectors, building your own customer base through excellent product knowledge and tailored packages.

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £28k, 1% commission on all trade sales, and a performance-based bonus. The estimated annual OTE is £45,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through personal and phone interactions.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while acquiring new ones.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Sales division to develop and execute new projects that boost revenue.

Essential Experience:

  1. Background in B2B sales or similar high-volume product sales.
  2. Demonstrated success in active sales.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a retail setting.
  2. Strong business acumen.
  3. Professional and passionate sales approach.

Package:

This role includes a fuel allowance of 45p per mile and regular nationwide travel, with occasional evening and weekend work.
