Performance Marketing Strategist for B2B SaaS Scale-Up

Pivotal London is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Demand Generation department, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and other channels.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to take their career to the next level. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in performance marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS organisation. Your primary goal will be to maximise ROI from marketing activity, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Manage day-to-day budget management, campaign reporting, and analysis
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to improve campaign quality and consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
Requirements
  • Experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising channels
  • Demand generation mindset and experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS organisation
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Excel
  • Energised by opportunities to learn and adopt new strategies and tactics
