Residential Children's Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Children's Residential Worker. In this position, you will work closely with children and families to provide support and guidance, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
Main Duties:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans, risk assessments, and key working sessions.
- Model best practices and demonstrate reflective practice in daily work.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong understanding of children's development and behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children in a residential setting.
This role offers a competitive salary of £39,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role.
