Childcare Services Director

This position involves overseeing the entire nursery setting, ensuring that it operates in line with both the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Ofsted Standards. The successful candidate will preferably have a minimum of 18 months of experience in nursery management, demonstrating a thorough working knowledge of these frameworks.
Position Details
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursery, maintaining high standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to drive the nursery's continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 months of experience in nursery management or a related field.
- Sound working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Ofsted Standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
Benefits:
Competitive salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience, benefits package including pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
