**Job Opportunity with Think Specialist Recruitment**

We are delighted to be working with a leading organisation in the industry, seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their growing team. This role would suit someone who is at the start of their career, with some previous administration experience being beneficial but not essential.

The successful candidate will have a good level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn. They will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining the sample, packaging tracker, and production approval status
  • Logging all upload approvals from portals on the tracker
  • Chasing samples for clubs who require sample approval
  • Attending meetings with Production/Operations
  • Ensuring all materials, trims, fabric, colours, prints, trims, and labelling are correct/acceptable before sending for approval and/or bulk approval
  • Establishing and owning strong working relationships with key licensors
  • Attending key meetings, in person on Teams where required
  • Managing and maintaining samples from the factory, sending out and storing internally
  • Effectively communicating comments from the club to either the design team and/or factory
  • Creating, managing, and owning the license grid and informing the wider business to use the tool effectively
  • Managing keeping copies of all contracts and amendments, regarding changes in product licenses
