About the Role:

As an Assistant Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and generating new business.

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide customers with comprehensive motor insurance solutions.
  2. Building strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
  3. Opportunities for promotion to Insurance Broker and Senior Insurance Broker within 12-18 months, with regular performance reviews to track your progress.
  4. They provide in-house training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  5. Opportunities for personal and professional career development.

Working hours:

Candidates need to be flexible to work different shift patterns between the hours of 8:30 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday, and one Saturday in 3 from 9 am to 3 pm.
