We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Asset Specialist to join our team at Anne Corder Recruitment in Cambridge, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing let residential properties, resolving tenancy issues, and maintaining strong landlord relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage let residential properties, ensuring smooth operation and maximum rental income.
  2. Conduct regular property inspections, advising landlords and tenants on any issues or concerns.
  3. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, working closely with landlords and contractors.
  4. Facilitate tenancy check-outs, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  5. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date on compliance requirements, applying knowledge in daily work.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as property management or real estate.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
