Job Title: Corporate Partnerships New Business Manager

Job Summary:

Street Child is seeking an experienced Corporate Partnerships New Business Manager to play a key role in driving the organization's growth through strategic partnerships with corporate entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and developing prospect lists, building relationships with corporate partners, and implementing new business campaigns to secure high-value partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop prospect lists for priority industries to implement new business campaigns capable of securing multi-year high-value partnerships.
  • Build Street Child's network of corporate relationships and grow the pipeline of corporate partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships and Global Programme Funding teams to develop engaging and impactful partnership plans and project propositions, focusing on priority countries and programmes to support Street Child's strategy and mission.
  • Engage with corporate partners through events, including Street Child-owned events and external events such as the World Economic Forum and UN General Assembly.
  • Develop new business engagement plans, identifying, researching, engaging, and cultivating new corporate prospects and relationships.
  • Implement ambitious new business campaigns to target priority industries, including the oversight of prospecting and marketing mapping activity.
  • Manage the new business pipeline and prospect lists, including the use and maintenance of corporate prospects data on CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Partnership Development and Account Management teams to promote best practice corporate donor stewardship and partnership delivery.
  • Attend international events to maximize new business opportunities and engage with corporate partners.
  • Search for suitable open corporate partnership opportunities and work with colleagues to submit high-quality applications.
  • Support corporate advocacy events, including inviting new corporate attendees and working with colleagues to plan and strategize Street Child's presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate partnerships, new business development, or a related field.
  • Strong network of corporate relationships and ability to build new relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel, with a willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
