We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Partnerships Executive to join our team at Carlton Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective partnership plans to engage corporate supporters and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with select corporate partners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Support the delivery of benefits, reporting, and communications to existing corporate supporters.
  • Assist with the development of the corporate partnerships programme, including cultivation events, research, and other activities as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate or major donor fundraising, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM databases, with experience in data entry and financial processing.
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable).
