Corporate Partnerships Manager

A key role has become available within our organisation to lead the development and delivery of our corporate partnerships programme in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact on our work in the developing world.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver a comprehensive corporate partnerships programme to achieve income growth, volunteers, and gifts in kind.
- Provide excellent account management for existing corporate partnerships, ensuring all agreements and obligations are met and delivered.
- Develop tailored CSR packages for corporate partners, maximising staff engagement, donated services in kind, and financial support.
- Work closely with the Engagement team and Development team to produce and innovate on the programme, attracting new partners and building collaborative connections.
- A degree and/or professional qualification in a relevant area, with strong experience in account management and/or managing corporate partnerships.
- Experience delivering against ambitious targets and negotiating tailored corporate partnerships with a variety of options to enable additional added value.
- Strong experience in developing and maximising new business opportunities and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at senior management level.
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- A salary up to £42,000 + a great benefits package.

- A hybrid remote working arrangement, with work time at home and the rest being office-based out of our office in Hertfordshire.
