The role of Senior Sister in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Kings College Hospital is to provide expert care to critically ill and stable babies and their parents/carers. The ideal candidate will have evidence of clinical expertise relevant to the area and previous experience of leading change in the clinical environment. They will also have sound knowledge and ability to implement the Trust's safeguarding/child protection policies and procedures. In addition to the salary of £44,806-£53,134 per annum, including High Cost Area Supplement, the successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities.
