Senior Neonatal Nurse

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Neonatal Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality nursing care to patients and support to relatives in the neonatal unit.
- To work within a multi-disciplinary team to develop practice in the neonatal unit.
- To assess, plan, and evaluate individualised programmes of care to children and young people in partnership with the patient, their carers, and the multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
- A Registered Nurse (RGN) or RN Child/Adult Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
- Experience in neonatal or paediatric nursing.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
