Neonatal Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 5 nurse to join our Neonatal service team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with babies from 27 weeks gestation and above, providing evidence-based care and contributing to the growth and development of our neonatal units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care within the neonatal unit, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic and family-centred care. They will also participate in teaching and supervising junior staff and student nurses as required.
This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development, with the chance to develop skills within the neonatal specialty and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a group of patients, working with students and junior staff, and possess a strong understanding of neonatal nursing principles.
