Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to provide administrative support to our clients, handle incoming queries, manage diaries, arrange meetings, conduct research, collate information, prepare presentations, update client information, record accurate data, and process loan repayment documentation.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a business support role from a professional services background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with strong IT skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with good numeracy skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
