Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at our children's home in Honiton. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities.

About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting children and young people to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Creating a positive and inclusive environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans to meet their unique needs
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a seamless and effective service
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
