About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to join our team at Devon County Council. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to children and young people in our Children's Homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people
  • Organize and participate in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
