About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to join our team working in our children's home. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
  • Participate in activities and outings to promote social skills and community integration
