As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing business development strategies for new products and services in the biotech, life sciences, or scientific sectors.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading the sales and business development efforts for the commercialisation of our industry-changing biotechnology. This includes building a successful sales team, with a strong emphasis on training and developing salespeople. A proven track record of developing your biotechnology network to drive sales into new markets is essential. Holding a degree or PhD in a biotechnology-related field is also highly desirable, with knowledge in protein sciences being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement business development strategies for new products and services">
  • Lead the sales and business development efforts for the commercialisation of our biotechnology">
  • Build a successful sales team through recruitment, training, and development">
  • Develop and maintain a strong biotechnology network to drive sales into new markets">
  • Identify new markets for growth purposes, including international markets">
  • Perform international travel as required">
