Business Development Manager

R13 Recruitment is supporting a leading company in the power sector, seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of new accounts, forging strong business relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve established sales targets and budgets
- Build and maintain customer relationships through daily calls, product promotions, and new opportunity pursuit
- Manage pricing strategies to drive growth and margin while minimizing business risks
- Offer value-added solutions to clients and demonstrate equipment and products
- Strong business development expertise with a proven track record in customer acquisition and onboarding
- Previous experience in the power supply market is highly desirable, but not essential; a technical sales background is required
- Proficient in sales procedures, including planning, reporting, and sales management
- Demonstrated ability to foster business growth through relationship building, proactive sales, and solution-driven approaches
- Effective communicator and presenter, adept at understanding and addressing the unique needs of organizations and individuals
