Sales Development Manager

R24 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to lead sales efforts in the Midlands and South region. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales within a dedicated territory, aligning with individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They will also own the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, while building strong client relationships and pipelines.
About the Role:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the steel or building envelope industry.
- Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.
- Car Allowance: Available for travel.
- Bonus: Eligible for yearly bonus scheme.
