Job Title: Department Operations Manager

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Department Operations Manager at The Retail Appointment Live, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our departments, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels, implement effective inventory management strategies, and reduce stock losses through efficient procedures and team training.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets, recognizing opportunities and risks using external market trends and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with concession partners to drive positive change, build strong relationships with colleagues, and foster a culture of teamwork and communication.
  • Proactively plan and execute floor cover, events, and other initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in departmental operations or related fields.
