We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our dynamic team at a PRU school in Stockton on Tees. As a key member of the education team, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional help, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and promoting a positive classroom environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with specific needs, tailoring your approach to their unique requirements.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful and well-organised classroom atmosphere by implementing behaviour management techniques in line with school policies.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver targeted interventions to enhance student engagement and progress.
  2. Work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop effective learning plans.
