We seek proactive and supportive individuals to join our vibrant schools in East London as Learning Support Professionals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a strong commitment to assisting teachers and supporting students to achieve their best.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Assist students with their learning needs, both individually and in small groups.
  • Help with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
  • Provide support for students with additional needs and help with personal care when required.
  • Assist in monitoring and recording student progress and behaviour.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual learning plans.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
  • Strong understanding of classroom dynamics and effective support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Patient, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with a passion for education.

**Salary**: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
