The Opportunity

Be part of our team as a Commercial Manager for Northumbrian Roads, driving commercial strategy for Aggregate Industries' Asphalt sales and Contracting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving growth potential in Asphalt sales and Contracting, guiding projects through from idea to signed contract.
  • Developing a diverse portfolio of clients, helping our business stay strong and adaptable.
  • Overseeing contracts from tender to handover, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety at every step.
  • Ensuring all project details are in order, keeping safety and quality front and center from start to finish.

As a Commercial Manager, you'll play a key role in nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring top-tier service, and uncovering growth opportunities across the North East region.
