Job Summary

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to develop and implement financial processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations, mitigating risk and maintaining financial integrity.
  • Participate in financial audits, providing expertise and support to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, maintaining financial accuracy and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management, informing strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve financial performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high level of financial expertise.

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in ERP Oracle and Hyperion Planning preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles, with excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
