About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries in their own homes and in the community.

The successful candidate will have UK work experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications or training. Experience in brain injury support is essential, and a full clean UK driving license and access to a car for work is mandatory.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in participating in social activities, accessing the community, and providing respite care when required. You will also work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.80-£14.70 per hour, depending on experience. Flexible working patterns include occasional sleep-in shifts and overnight stays. Our location is ST7 2JH, Alsager (near Stoke-on-Trent), and we offer partial mileage and travel time covered, as well as a food/drinks shift allowance.
