Our team of experienced professionals provides comprehensive care and support to individuals in their own homes and in the community. We offer flexible work patterns, including full-time, part-time, ad-hoc, and various shifts to suit any lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will have UK work experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications or training. Experience in brain injury support is essential, and a full clean UK driving license and access to a car for work is mandatory.

Key responsibilities include assisting clients in participating in social activities, accessing the community, and providing respite care when required. The role also involves supporting clients' families and working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£14 per hour, depending on experience, and provide opportunities for continuing professional development (CPD). A full enhanced DBS check is required, and liability insurance is provided.

Flexible working patterns include occasional sleep-in shifts and overnight stays. Our location is ST7 2JH, Alsager (near Stoke-on-Trent). We offer partial mileage and travel time covered, as well as a food/drinks shift allowance.
