Lead Support Worker Position

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role at Eden Futures, where you will be responsible for managing a team of Support Workers and providing exceptional support to individuals with learning or physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, autism, or mental illness. As a Lead Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services that meet the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Supervise and support a team of Support Workers to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support services.
  2. Service Delivery: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver care and support services that meet the needs of our service users.
  3. Service Development: Contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects that improve the quality of life for our service users.
  4. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services to ensure they meet the required standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have previous experience in a Supported Living or Residential service, be familiar with CQC standards, have experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
