Sales and Service Manager

Aldi UK is a leading retailer seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
As a key member of our store management team, you will be expected to lead and develop a team of sales assistants, manage stock levels and inventory control, and coordinate visual merchandising and store displays.
The estimated salary for this position is around £57,600-£73,995 per year, based on a 45-hour contract.
