Job Responsibilities

As a Nursery Practitioner, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting.

  1. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
  2. Monitor and report on children's progress and development, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification or higher.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Have knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulatory requirements.
