**About the Job**
We are currently seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should also be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care and support.
About the Role:
- Supervise a team to deliver quality care and support to residents
- Support the clinical team and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
